THE DECK KILLCARE
This modern, light and airy house is a perfect place for a beach escape. The house features a huge front deck with distant ocean views over bushland and an open fireplace in the lounge room.
Upstairs has two queen bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and private veranda overlooking the peaceful garden and includes linen.
Downstairs had an additional queen bedroom as well as a children's bedroom (with 3 single beds), lounge, kitchenette and laundry/bathroom. Only doona covers and pillow cases are included downstairs however sheets and bath towel can be included at an additional cost ($30 per person).
There is a mini table tennis room and a billiard table to keep you entertained as well as a large selection of surfing and fishing equipment and children's toys in the garage available for your use.
A phone is available for local calls and for internet access.
THE AREA
Killcare is just 1.5 hours from Sydney and is surrounded by national park so it is very peaceful and beautiful and quite secluded from the rest of the Central Coast.
Putty Beach at Killcare has a patrolled swimming area and is also popular for surfing, snorkling and fishing. A wonderful rock pool is located just near the newly built surf club which features a cafe, restaurant and popular wedding venue.
Just over the hill is glorious Hardys Bay where you can hire boats, play tennis or just enjoy the cafes and peaceful water views. There are many great walks in the area and if you feel like exploring, the Central Coast has many activities on offer.

RATES
Rates are based on up to 4 people in the two upstairs queen bedrooms including all linen.
Additional people (up to 5 in downstairs queen bedroom and triple room)
$50 per adult per night/$25 per child per night.
Only doona covers and pillow slips included downstairs
(optional sheets & bath towels available downstairs for $25 per person).
LOW SEASON:
(12 June- 20 Sep 2012) $750 weeekends, $300 per night Sun-Thurs, $2200 per week.
NORMAL WEEKENDS: $800
WEEK NIGHTS: (SUN-THURS MINIMUM 2) $300 per night

$1100 for 3 nights
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR (23 Dec 2012 to 06 Jan 2013)
$5250 per week for whole house including all linen.
SUMMER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS RATE (06 Jan-28 Jan 2013)
$400 per night (for up to 4 people in two queen beds upstairs) or $600 (whole house)
