ROCK BATH PALM BEACH
This delightful house offers breathtaking sea views from the bedrooms, lounge room and large terrace. The back terrace features spectacular views over the ocean towards the Central Coast and a large outdoor setting with umbrella and a barbeque. The house has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom; each with its own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
A small kitchen opens onto a sheltered Tuscan-style courtyard and the lounge room features an open fireplace for winter warmth.
Your beloved pooch is welcome to be with you on the back terrace or in the sheltered secure courtyard which leads to an indoor sleeping area in the garage.
A short walk down the lush garden path leads to "Cockatoo Cafe" a secret setting with table, bench and sea views through the trees - a wonderful place to escape with a book and a cup of tea!
All quality linen is included as well as tea; coffee; sugar; milk; condiments; firewood and welcome wine and chocolate!
A full size fridge is located in the garage with easy access through the courtyard from the kitchen. The house flows beautifully from one room to another and the view is ever-present and very calming.
Rock Bath offers complete privacy and is located in a very peaceful area surrounded by beautiful bushland and gardens. Native birds are abundant and our resident Brush Turkey will be seen regularly in the bush.
Our linen is of beautiful quality and our beds very comfortable. A washing machine is located in the twin bathroom and a dryer is available in the garage.
The lounge room has TV, DVD, video and stereo for your entertainment as well as CDs, DVDs, videos a large selection of books for your enjoyment.
Rock Bath welcomes children but is not suitable for toddlers.
Palm Beach
Palm Beach is a lovely 15 minute walk or 10 minute drive from the house. The area offers many other beaches; cafes; restaurants; boutique shopping; boating; fishing; swimming and surfing.
Avalon shopping centre is a short drive away and offers all your shopping needs.

Rate based on up to 4 people including all linen, generous pantry and house supplies; firewood, BBQ gas and welcome wine and chocolate!
Base rate: $300 per night (Sun-Thurs) and
$500 per night (Fri-Sat) Minimum 2 night booking.
Summer rate: (01 Feb 2012 - 29 Apr 2012) $350 per night (Sun-Thurs) and
$500 per night (Fri-Sat) Minimum 2 night booking.
Easter: (5-9 April 2012) $500 per night (4 night minimum)
Long weekend rate: (8-10 June and 28-30 Sep) $500 per night (3 night minimum)
